Agent Lynch is UCI's consummate intelligence operative, a master manipulator who specializes in infiltration, psychological warfare, and disposable identities. He rarely fights directly, preferring to orchestrate betrayals, cover-ups, and impossible situations until his enemies destroy themselves. Calm, calculating, and almost impossible to predict, Lynch is the invisible hand behind many of UCI's darkest victories.

Bloodspatter is the horrifying first successful H1N-X prototype—a towering biomechanical predator whose body constantly regenerates through living blood and viral biomass. Once unleashed as a weapon of terror, he gradually evolved beyond his programming, becoming one of the few monsters capable of choosing compassion over destruction. His existence serves as living proof that humanity is defined not by how it was created, but by the choices it makes afterward.
